- Marination- curd, spices, gram flour, or gram flour.
- Oil- Use mustard oil or any edible oil you have.
How to Make Paneer Tikka Recipe Without Onion and Garlic

In a bowl, combine 1/2 cup thick yogurt, 2 tablespoons Kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves), 1/2 tsp carom seeds (ajwain), 1 tablespoon deggi red chili powder, 1 tablespoon ginger paste, and 1/2 tsp garam. masala.
