  • 300 grams Paneer
  • 3 Boiled Potatoes
  • 3-4 Green Chillies
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 1 Tomato
  • Green Chilli, Ginger, and Tomato Paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Coriander and Cumin Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
  • 3 tablespoons Yoghurt
  • A pinch of Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Biryani Masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
  • A dash of Turmeric Powder
  • White Oil
  • 2 teaspoons Ghee
  • A splash of Rose Water
  • A drop of Keora Water
  • 2 tablespoons Milk with Kesar
  • 2 Bay Leaves
  • 8 Cloves
  • 2 Cinnamon Sticks
  • 1 Black Cardamom
  • 8 Green Cardamoms

  1. First of all boil water in a vessel. Once it’s hot, gather your spices and add them to the water along with 2 tablespoons of oil.
  2. After this, when the water boils and the masala is cooked well, add Basmati rice to it until it is 80% cooked. Then, carefully drain the water and keep the rice aside.
  3. Let us tell you that heat oil in a separate pan and fry the cheese in it until it becomes light golden brown. Remove the paneer from the pan and keep it aside. – After this, let us tell you that, fry the potatoes in the same pan till they become golden brown and then take them out.
  4. Let us tell you that add some more oil in the same pan and add your favorite spices. Stir them until the aroma starts coming out, then add tomato puree, biryani masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, and red chili powder. After this let us tell you that let them cook together for a few minutes.
  5. When the masala is cooked, add curd to the pan. All you need to know is to adjust the seasoning with salt and sugar and let the mixture cook for 2 minutes to let the flavors combine.

  8. To make the layer of biryani, first spread half of the cooked rice in the pan. After this, let us tell you that sprinkle one spoonful of ghee in it, then add the remaining cheese and potatoes back.
  9. Next, pour the remaining rice on top, followed by another drop of ghee, saffron milk, rose water, and kewra water.
  10. After this, close the lid tightly and let the biryani cook on low flame for 15 minutes, after which you cook it so that all the flavors mix together beautifully.
