  1. Gather all the ingredients: potatoes, cauliflower, capsicum, onion, garlic, ginger, green chili, cumin, asafoetida, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, salt, tomatoes, roasted cumin powder, black pepper powder or garam masala.
